In an effort to
"bridge the gap" between classroom learning and productivity,
RealSolutions
Training announces the following new offering.
Mentoring Services: RealSolutions Mentors are available for one-on-one
or one-to-few instruction. They
provide individual attention and more in-depth knowledge transfer in a
student-directed environment. The RealSolutions Mentoring Services Program allows
you to sit one-on-one with an instructor to get the precise knowledge you need. We are available to come
to your site, or you can come visit us in our spacious classrooms and take advantage
of our available equipment and software.
- Benefit: This program appeals to key strategists responsible
for the successful adoption of new technologies within their organization. Clients who participate will generate the highest productivity-to-cost ratios and produce the greatest return-on-class-time possible.
Participants are engaged at optimal levels – because they are dictating how the
instructor should communicate based on their own learning and communication
styles in real time.
- Structure: This program empowers attendees to assist in the
development of their mentoring engagement
by submitting their pre-engagement expectations, pre-engagement issues that they are facing, and providing real-time
engagement evaluations and recommendations to the instructor. The instructor will respond to this "real-time"
feedback by sculpting the engagement to meet their real needs.
- Program Duration: Mentoring engagements are typically 1 to 5
days in length and may be scheduled to recur as needed in order to keep the
client "moving in the right direction".
